Rakesh Reddy, the founder of Redon Systems, is a serial entrepreneur who has built successful businesses in the IT and construction sectors. He is passionate about new technologies and drones. Rakesh has worked with global enterprises for over two decades, assisting them in solving complex business problems using emerging technologies and innovative solutions. Now, along with his strong leadership team, he is on a mission to empower the Indian Armed Forces with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).

Chief Operating Officer
Ranjith Reddy is the Director of MJR Constructions and brings with him extensive experience in the management of structures, materials, people, and programs. In addition to his expertise in the construction industry, Ranjith is passionate about Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and brings a dynamic and innovative approach to his work. His clear vision, business acumen, strategic planning skills, and strong execution have contributed to the company’s exponential growth.
Anjum Shahab
Head Defence Sales
Brigadier Anjum Shahab joined us in Oct 2022 as Head of Defence Sales. He is an Ex-Defence Service Officer with over 33 years of distinguished military service. He has around 20 years of rich experience in sales & purchases of defence equipment. He has the unique distinction of seeing the business from both sides of the table, as a buyer of the defence equipment while in service and now as a seller.
