Rakesh Reddy, the founder of Redon Systems, is a serial entrepreneur who has built successful businesses in the IT & construction sectors & is passionate about new technologies and drones. He has worked with global enterprises for over two decades, assisting them in solving complex business problems through the use of emerging technologies and innovative solutions. Now along with his strong leadership team, he is set on a mission to empower Indian Armed Forces with Unmanned systems.

Chief Operating Officer
Ranjeeth Reddy is the Director of MJR Constructions and brings with him extensive experience in the management of structures, materials, people, and programs. In addition to his expertise in the construction industry, Ranjeeth is passionate about unmanned systems and brings a dynamic and innovative approach to his work. His clear vision, business acumen, strategic planning skills, and ability to execute have all contributed to the company’s exponential growth.
Ramakrishna Commuri
Chief Technology Officer
Ramakrishna Commuri is a Mechanical Engineer with hands on involvement in various technology initiatives in companies like General Electric Co, Rolls Royce etc throughout his career spanning 27 years. He founded start-ups and built solutions for real time monitoring of health & performance of critical equipment in power and process industries.

Anjum Shahab
Head Defence Sales
Brig Anjum Shahab has joined us in Oct 2022 as Head – Defence Sales. He is an ex Defense Service Officer with over 33 years of distinguished military service.
He comes to us with over 20 years of rich experience in sales and purchases of defence equipment. He has the unique distinction of seeing the business from both sides of the table; as a buyer of the defense equipment while in service and now as seller of the same.
